Besides dairy, what else should you avoid after dental implants?
2.Crunchy snacks: avoid putting pressure on implants

Crispy snacks, especially hard-shelled biscuits, potato chips and other foods, are not recommended during the recovery period after dental implants. These foods are hard in texture and may cause unnecessary pressure on the implant site when chewed, and may even affect the combination of the implant and the jawbone, delaying the recovery process.
Pieces of hard food may also get stuck in the surgical area, causing infection or irritation and affecting healing. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid crunchy snacks and choose foods with soft textures in the weeks following dental implant placement.
