8 Easy Steps to Build a Tiny A-Frame Cabin
Step 3: Construct Floor Framing

For your floor framing, use 2x4 studs that are 93 inches long if you're building an 8x8 structure. Attach the studs to the framing plates using 3-inch nails, toenailed in, or you can make it easier by using joist hangers.
Make sure the joists are spaced 16 inches apart and keep everything level and square at the corners. Once that’s done, center the A-Frame trusses and the floor on the cement pavers. Take a moment to check that all corners and the floor are nice and level!
